Title: Knitivity: Create Your Own Christmas Scene
Author: Fiona Goble
Publication Date: TPB:2011
Publisher: Ivy Press, East Sussex UK
Page Count: 80
Book Dimensions(ht. x w.): 8" x 8"
ISBN: 9781449403652
PATTERN RATING: Patterns are for traditional figures of nativity scene.
INSTRUCTION RATING: Instructions are well broken down and you get great photos of all your parts. A beginner should probably start with easier projects, but I think anyone already with the basics could easily follow these instructions.
SUMMARY- Ms. Goble's books never disappoint. I've only got five of them at this point, but I will scarf up the rest when I can without hesitation. You get the traditional scene's figures. In the back of the book there's a pocket with a foldout manger scene and crib for baby Jesus to assemble - a nice bonus touch. I really like Ms. Goble's sense of humor and designs. I can't imagine a young child not loving any of her dolls on first sight.
