Title: How To Make Dolls, Doll Clothes and Doll Furniture
Author: Nickie Edwards
Publication Date: TPB:1956
Publisher: Key Publishing Co., NY
Page Count: 96
Book Dimensions(ht. x w.): 9" x 6"
ISBN: None
PATTERN RATING: . This book cheats a bit in the pattern department. You get one full-size pattern for a rag doll that is pretty well marked, some ragdoll type clothing of very basic construction that will require a whole lot of resizing, and pictures of international costumes that you'll have to design yourself. Good luck.
INSTRUCTION RATING: . Instructions are not broken down, and while there is some illustration, it's pretty sparse.
SUMMARY- If you aren't already a doll and costume designer, this book probably doesn't have anything to offer - and if you are a doll and costume designer, it still doesn't have anything you can't get somewhere else better.
