PATTERN RATING:Star Rating Pattern pieces are well marked and use the A-B-C method of pattern marking as well as other marks to help the seamstress. It may be difficult to photocopy some of the pattern pieces without distortion as they get really close to the binding ditch. You get instructions for how much to enlarge the patterns on a photocopy machine for the larger bears.

INSTRUCTION RATING:Star Rating Instructions are well broken down and easy to follow. There's not a lot of illustration to demonstrate how the teddies go together. There are beautiful full color photos of the projects, but photos are not with the instructions so you'll have to do some flipping back and forth if you want to reference the photo.

SUMMARY- This is a nice teddy book with standard looking teddies and neat support projects for the teddy lover - my favorite is the clothing section, which has a nice assortment of projects.
